The tent is quite good - however, it came with no instructions, which made it difficult to set up and impossible to attach the fly. This meant purchasing another tarp to cover it in rain.

I would recommend this tent to anyone. It suited us well on a weekend excursion that we took with the family and grandkids.
We all fit in it with ample room to accomodate everyone.
We look forward to using it again and again.
Thanks, Overstock!

My husband and I went camping this weekend and really enjoyed this tent. We practiced setting it up beforehand, which saved us a lot of frustration at the campsite. The peak of the tent is almost 6.5 feet, which meant my husband could actually stand up in the tent.
For the two of us, it provided more than enough room. Our king-sized airbed took up less than half of the floor space.
The rain fly kept us dry and happy both nights. We didn't stake it, so some rain came in from the sides. But no water seeped in through the bottom.
Overall, a great tent!

It's definitely big, but I don't know about sleeping 9 people unless there are two to a sleeping bag and half of the people are kids.
The "rooms" aren't rooms. They are side extensions with sneeze guard fabric between them. No privacy - pointless.
It was nice to be able to stand up in the tent and it even has a hook at the top inside to hand a light or mirror ball.
I can understand why it's on overstock. Mine was missing an entire strap + ring for one of the rods. I had to jamb the rod into the ground to get it to stand up. Of course, in order to return it, it has to be in new and unused condition, so I am screwed there. Had to use it to just find the flaw.
As another review stated, don't expect to get it back into the bag it comes in. I am fairly certain it is machine packed into that bag and will never again fit in it. I was able to roll up the tent and the poles and stuff them back in, but the room dividers and rain fly were left out.
It's an acceptable tent for the money but don't expect great things or for it to be anything like a multi-family tent.

A good family tent for fair weather car camping. Set up and take down are pretty straight forward. I can do it by myself, but an extra set of hands is nice. You need a good patch of flat ground to set it up on. Some campground tent sites may be to small. I had three different tear outs using the tent in moderate weather. (Burning Man) None catastrophic, but it probably won't make it through another year. They could get rid of the skylights altogether. They're useless at night and just get the tent too hot during the day.
