From time-to-time we offer special discount coupons and promotions to our new viewers and returning customers. Special promotions may include free or $1 shipping offers or discounts on select items. Our special promotions  from Overstock will be advertised on our website, partner websites, and in our email newsletter.

Most special promotions will have restrictions. The following rules apply to all Overstock special promotions unless otherwise stated:

* Valid for U.S. orders with standard shipping only.
* Orders must ship to the lower 48 states and APO/FPO destinations only.
* Orders with expedited shipping will be charged additional fees.
* Orders comprised solely of products from the “Books, Music, Movies & Games”, “Auctions” and “Cars” categories are not eligible for free or $1 shipping.
* Special offers are valid for a limited time only as noted by the expiration date.

Why didn’t the special offer apply to my order?

Your order may not meet the criteria necessary for the special promotion as stated above. Please review your order to ensure your order qualifies for the special promotion. If a disclaimer is added, an asterisk (*) will appear next to the message and details will be provided at the bottom of the page.
